Excellent location, totally clean and cozy, awesome guitar borrowing section, nice little bar, just a great little hotel, especially if you need to use the train early in the morning, it's a very short walk to the Waterloo station.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Great coffee shops and bars on the block as well as fun food vendors. Fun lounge at the hotel too with innovative cocktails. Super friendly staff.

I had a really nice stay here. The room was larger than I expected, and I had a nice view over Lower Marsh. I didn’t get much of a chance to explore the area (work trip) but spent a little time in the bar and found it to be a pleasant space with good service. The only issue was the air con not working properly, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Room was terrific. Very large. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Location was perfect. So many restaurants nearby and proximity to Waterloo station a bonus. My only issue was the thin walls and being able to hear the people in the rooms on either side.
