Loved the neighborhood and how quiet the area was. Cleaning staff was very attentive, which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the tub didn’t drain very well, so when we showered it was like I was standing in a bath.

The warn chocolate chip cookies on arrival were a very nice touch. All of the staff at the property were excellent. Any questions or needs I had were addressed immediately. Property is extremely well located near three tube lines and buses. Well situated Between Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate/ Portobello Rd. hotel is clean, bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quiet yet enjoyable London experience. Kensington Gardens provides an easy and pleasant walk to tons of restaurants and shopping options. Hop on hop off bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the Tube station is a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Doubletree for a WONDERFUL and WELCOMING visit for our first time in London! The rooms were exceptional, clean and quiet, the front desk service was very friendly (thank you Melissa!) and the location was superb! Within a mile of Hyde Park and also two Underground locations within a five minute walk in either direction. Many options for eating and shopping very close by. We highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed!

This is an amazing place to stay in London if you are looking for great location, very comfortable accommodation, attentive and friendly staff . We’ll be back in a few weeks to enjoy our lovely balcony room again

Moved 3 times my luggage and belongings to 3 different rooms due to air conditioned issues. Most of the staff were not helpful in solving the issue except one who committed to find a solution my second night. In summary, the hotel is in a good location, pretty clean but to avoid in the summer unless they have reliable A/C.

Great location, right opposite to the entrance of Hyde Park. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice. Cafe staff were friendly but service wasn’t the quickest.
