"We had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helped with some advice on our trip. The location was super convenient with the tube stop at the end of the block. Breakfast was great (good crispy bacon!) the rooms were small but that’s typical of London hotels. The bathroom was actually decent size and good hot water /pressure."

"Lovely building & architecture but in need of a bit of attention in places. Room was quite small but ok but bed was not comfortable and pillows flat! We asked for firmer pillows but they never appeared! Overall we enjoyed our stay though. Breakfast was good & great location for Kensington Park. "

"This hotel was nice, clean for the most part (our bed cushions smelled a bit musty, though) and staff was really nice. Room was small, but it was enough for a 2 night stay. It gets really warm when it's sunny out as sun hits it directly. Not a complaint, just something to know. Cannot leave luggage, as we were told the hotel is not responsible for it, and that we could leave it just beside the reception desk, which we chose not to do. Other than that, good place to stay."

"It was a very clean and nice hotel. Located in a nice area and Very close to tube station. I also loved the garden as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom looks renovated and very nice. The only thing is; our room was below the ground floor because we needed a room for 5 people, we could hear the underground trains but it wasn’t so bad because we were already very tired and fell asleep :) Overall it was a very good value for money. "
