This hotel was amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quieter environment. Super accessible to anywhere and everywhere. The staff was so kind! Not one complaint here.

Excellent location. Only metres away from cafes restaurants and two tube stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a junior Suite and it met all of our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and we will return to it the next time we are visiting London

Pros: 1: location was great, quiet but not too far from the fun. Bus and metro and very close 2: rooms are very tidy and modern and European feeling. The view was nice. 3: very safe area 4: staff is very helpful Cons: 1: bathroom gas sliding doors I would stay here again.

Our stay at La Suite West was wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and a good size for London standards. The area is nice and close to a lot of cafes, restaurants, Notting Hill and most importantly the metro. The price is right for all that you get! We would certainly stay here again

Hotel was decent and staff was friendly enough. Bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting, however. Shower was covered in pink mold and the shower floor felt like it was seconds away from collapsing.

Lovely hotel well situated near tube stations, pubs & restos, and supermarkets. The room was a decent size for family of 4, with A/C, coffee maker, safe, shower/tub, and bathroom necessities. Minor quibbles: noise from outside (to be expected from a lively area), wide bathroom sink/less counter space, breakfast not replenished at 10am, and worried of upstairs dripping sounds on night 1. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The hotel location is excellent with 2 tube stations near by and the park. We stayed in the junior suite which was larger than we anticipated which was nice. The hotel is cute, we found the beds to be a stiff but the rooms are well well maintained. Our main issue was we got stuck in the elevator. Definitely scary for our family, after thankfully my husband was able to pry open the door and the elevator was on 2nd floor not in between floors.

Great lokation. Our room was smalle but the layout was fine. The breakfast was terrible. The kitchen was unable to even boil an egg. Book the hotel because af the great location, but don't pay extra for the breaksfast.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and spacious (junior suite). Breakfast choice was great and fresh, only downside was that there was no barista coffee or cooked breakfast (they did have boiled eggs and warm pastries however). A couple of issues with electricity going off and cooling not working but it was fixed quickly. Very convenient location and close to shops and transport. The reception organised affordable transfers /private driver to our next acccomodation. Highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveller.
