Loved the location, breakfast was great , lots of choices, room was small but who cares . Airport transportation to Paddington was fast and cheap! Easy walk and the trains ran from PADDINGTON too.

This is in a fantastic location, close to Hyde Park, pubs and restaurants. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful but unfortunately our ‘deluxe’ double room was very small, and in need of some updating and maintenance.

The hotels common rooms and reception made you feel you were in the Victorian period, very grand but warm and welcoming. Breakfasts were fantastic, staff were freindly and helpful. My only one criticism was that the shower was small, although I only paid for the less expensive rooms. Location was outstanding only steps away from Hyde Park and yet so close to all amenities. Overall a lovely experience, would certainly stay again

The hotel is in a beautiful Edwardian building. The main areas are all wooden and beautiful. Our room was a club room, it was small but most rooms are small in London. It didn't feel too small. the shower screen is largely ineffective being too small to avoid water spraying over the bathroom. However I angled the shower head towards the tiles and managed to not get too much water on the floor. The buffet breakfast was delicious and well cooked. All of the staff we spoke to were welcoming and friendly.

My stay was alright. I only stayed for two nights. Our room didn’t have a working AC unit, which they didn’t inform us about during check-in. Besides the heat, the hotel was in a great location, the breakfast buffet was good, and the bar and sitting area came in handy when we wanted to cool off. I would recommend asking about the AC during check-in, or even beforehand, to double-check—especially if having AC is a priority for you.

Great location. General staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient with traditional British breakfast selections, and more. Wait staff was quite welcoming/attentive each morning we arrived in the dining room. Our room was quite warm, but front desk was quick to lend us a fan which did just the trick. Overall, we had a great stay here!
