"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"Great location and property. Our 4 person room was huge but lacked some furnishings such as chairs, trash cans, toilet paper holder, etc. The primary AC was stuck on low for some reason but the second one kept the space cool enough when needed. We asked for a fan but none was brought. The staff is not on site. Even so, the value is great and, compared to others in this price range, it is probably superior which is why the overall rating must be excellent. "

"The room was great, however I was charged even though I had selected that I would pay at the property. Because I’m planning my wedding, I’ve had a lot of expenses on my card that month, I wish they would have warned me that they would charge the card despite the clear instructions not to. Had to make sure the refunded the transaction once I checked in at the hotel…"

"This hotel is in a great location. We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to see while in Venice. The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was perfect for us as we don't spend a lot of time in a hotel room while traveling so we really just want a comfy bed, safety, walking convenience, and cleanliness. All of these things were checked off! Just note that they only take cash for the tax you pay on arrival. Not a big deal, we just don't carry...

"Such a wonderful place to stay. Excellent value and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Honestly its lovelier than the photos show. Its also incredibly conveniently located a short walk from everything. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. What we didnt realise was theres also a shared kitchen area and dining room which was perfect to save a bit of money too. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is clean, the reception staff are helpful and friendly, and the room has everything you need for a few days in Venice. The shower is hot and has good water pressure. The bed is king size. It’s also away from the major tourist attractions so it’s less busy and noisy. Still easily walkable to anywhere you’d like to go. As it says in its name, it is a kosher hotel. "

"The cabins were absolutely adorable. Very clean. We were able to get 2 beds. They were fairly comfortable, not the best but for the price it was surprising how good they were! Very very thin pillows, however they’re very long and I was able to fold it in thirds and get it supportive. The campsite is well maintained. Gorgeous pool. Restaurant was good. The shuttle was perfect. €2.50 each way. "
