Newly updated room in the heart of Venice. Hundreds of dining options within walking distance. Look for the hidden gems! Room was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Italy so far. It’s not a hotel but Alessandro makes it feel very homey.

Location - walkable to busy streets ( less than 100m ) very quiet at night , good for resting location. Host - very friendly , came out to fetch us to lodging area, preventing us from getting lost. Even went the extra mile to recommend their local delicacy's and offer to help book water taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended and will come back to stay again!

We had the small room and it was cozy and super clean. We were able to have our 2 big suitcases open and move around the room. Alessandro was super polite and let us drop off our suitcases early. He’s a great host.

The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly - that was sadly not the case in many other places we stayed at during our European Summer vacation. The entire property was immaculately clean. The toilet was powerful and responsive. Several beverages were waiting in the fridge and snacks on the table free of charge. The bed, pillows, and sheets allowed for a good night's sleep each and every night. The owner made sure to send helpful maps/directions so we knew which vaporetto to use to get there. I can't stress how much extra effort the owner puts into this hotel to try and give you an experience that makes you resent the majority of the other hotels you will stay at in your lifetime.

Great stay! The attention to detail in our room was amazing. We walked from the train station with little issue. it’s Venice, so expect some tight spots, but overall very manageable. The location is excellent; we explored the city easily on foot and found great food options within minutes. Our host was welcoming and made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend—10/10!
