Location - walkable to busy streets ( less than 100m ) very quiet at night , good for resting location. Host - very friendly , came out to fetch us to lodging area, preventing us from getting lost. Even went the extra mile to recommend their local delicacy's and offer to help book water taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended and will come back to stay again!

We loved our stay at Ca Patron guesthouse with Alessandro! He was such a welcoming host and very responsive to any and all needs! The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable! Alessandro was so welcoming. Great communication before arrival and so welcoming when we arrived and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The guest house is quaint but had everything we needed. Super clean, beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The best choice in Cannaregio

Cà Patron is a true gem in the Cannaregio district; a quiet, comfortable, lush and well organized hideaway operated by the fabulous host Alessandro. This was my first time visiting Venice and this facility, and I would truly recommend it to family and friends.

A beautiful room, spacious with everything you could need to have a really comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable, with soft linen. Immaculate bathroom, very clean with toiletries for use. The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly - that was sadly not the case in many other places we stayed at during our European Summer vacation. The entire property was immaculately clean. The toilet was powerful and responsive. Several beverages were waiting in the fridge and snacks on the table free of charge. The bed, pillows, and sheets allowed for a good night's sleep each and every night. The owner made sure to send helpful maps/directions so we knew which vaporetto to use to get there. I can't stress how much extra effort the owner puts into this hotel to try and give you an experience that makes you resent the majority of the other hotels you will stay at in your lifetime.
