It has a great location. The WiFi doesn't work and the smell of the hallway was intense. The room was fine for a family of 4. 8 minutes walk from the parking which was very convenient for us.

It was confusing and awkward checking in, you had to go on down the street past other businesses, even another hotel to check in at another hotel that was not marked such that you could see it until you were right at the entrance. I was just turning around when she saw the name on the little awning past another hotel.

This is a very old property and my daughter's dust allergies kicked in from the bed. There is nobody in the lobby. You have to go to another hotel a block down for any lobby services. Did not get hot water at night 9 pm. Location is very convenient for public transport and restaurants.

Avoid

Avoid this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting between the dead bugs, mold and other issues it was difficult to stay in there long enough to brush my teeth. No elevator with narrow stairs. Need to check in at a hotel down the street according to a cryptic note left on the counter or on the door. Location near the train station is a plus, but not worth the gross room. Lots of other choices. Spend a few extra bucks and you will be much happier.

In general this hotel was fine for the price. It is tough to maintain properties in Venice so there are some condition issues. An unstaffed front desk with a front door that is often left ajar and unsecure was concerning. The location is convenient but it is a little noisy. I always bring a white noise machine when I travel and I'm definitely glad I did this time. The cleaning staff does a good job and they are pleasant. The one thing that really bothered me was that I was overcharged for the city tax. At first they tried to charge me for every night that I was there but you are only required to pay up to 5 days (I was in Venice for ten days). They also charged me the rate for a 3 star hotel instead of the rate for a 2 star hotel. It was only a small amount so I didn't press the issue but staff should know the laws and rates.

I booked this hotel through Expedia. When we got to the hotel, there was no one around. A sign on the dek told us to go to another hotel and check in there. We did this and was told we were not staying at the hotel we had booked but at a completely different hotel. When we entered the room, it was hot (air con did not work) and absolutely filty. There was dirt everywhere and blood on the ceiling! When we spoke to the hotel staff, they told us to contact Expedia as we booked through them. On our return, I contacted Expedia and they have told me that as this hotel is refusing to contact them, there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place like the plague. There are far better and cleaner hotels in Venice. If you book here, you will regret it.

Melhor localização com preço justo

O melhor é a localização excelente, ao lado da estação Santa Lucia para quem chega ou vai embora de trem ou onibus, principalmente pra quem chega com muitas malas, não necessitando taxi náutico. Fica na extensão da ruazinha principal que dá acesso à Canarregio passando pelos principais comércios, lojas, supermercados e restaurantes até a Ponte Rialto e Piazza San Marco em 30 minutos em belíssimas paisagens, sem necessitar tomar o transporte de vaporetto. Café da manhã bom, quarto ok, o nosso era no segundo andar, e permitem deixar a bagagem, caso precise, no checkout, se for embarcar mais tarde, recomendo!

Lugar perto da estação o que é ótimo pois não precisamos andar pelas ruas complicadas de Veneza com as malas. O hotel é bem antigo e o banheiro fica fora do quarto, de maneira que se vc tomar banho pra dormir precisa andar pelo corredor com pijamas ou trocar quando chegar no quarto. De maneira geral é uma boa estadia, com acomodações limpas e de fácil acesso

Good location, nice staff...

Stay was comfortable in a slightly dated hotel. Room was great for what we needed. Beds were ok, cleanliness was good, room was warm and we were able to adjust the radiator. Stored our luggage with them for several hours. Would recommend!
