Comfortable and quiet lodging. The decor is basic, but the space is comfortable. Near the water bus stop from Venice airport and in an area was quiet at night. The front desk staff were very engaging and helpful. The restaurant dinner was tasty and the onsite breakfast worked well for our family.

The property has a great history as a restored convent. We loved the location, close to the Venice Lagoon Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop and on a canal. Not in the thick of the tourist areas so much quieter. Still within easy walking distance of all museums, shops, restaurants, and areas of interest. Nice breakfast, too!

Loved this historical hotel in Venice!

We loved this historic hotel with its courtyards, old brick & stucco walls, old bifold shuttered windows over-looking the canal! What an awesome part of our travel with great location, awesome breakfast & so much history. We won’t forget this stay! ❤️

Beautiful historical hotel

We had a large mezzanine room on a little canal. With a kitchen but (good for enjoying the quietness of Venice) no tv. Good beds. Excellent breakfast. 15 minutes walk from rialto. 2 minutes to the alilaguna (Boat) to the airport. Really nice.
