The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The proximity to the train station made it easy to travel to San Lucia for the day and the hotel breakfast was amazing. Traveling from the US to Venice, the hotel was actually about 20 minutes away from the airport. Hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. Easy to book. The train is literally outside of the hotel, so traveling back to Venice for day trips was very simple and straightforward to navigate. Everyone spoke English very well which was very helpful because we had a lot of questions. Breakfast at the hotel was great also. Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly staff and very helpful. We could not get the room to cool down and even thought they tried, the staff doing a reset did not help. Other than that, food was good, staff was friendly, room was clean and worked well for one night! Close and convenient to airport.
