Lo consiglio

Posizione assai conveniente per raggiungere a piedi in 3 minuti i moli di partenza dj tutti i vaporetti per Venezia e le isole della laguna della laguna. 3 minuti in macchina per raggiungere il grande parcheggio all’inizio della grandissima spiaggia verso il mare di Punta Sabbioni e Cavallino. Accoglienza e assistenza molto cordiali e pronte. Ottimi i prodotti dell’azienda agricola.

Nice and peaceful

An earlier review said "need a rental car". We decided to chance it without - no regrets. Guest house is less than 5min walk from water bus and autobus terminals with great connections to Venice itself and the beach.

Hat unseren Erwartungen vollkommen entsprochen

Wir wollten Venedig und die Laguneninseln besuchen, aber nicht direkt in Venedig wohnen, daher fiel unsere Wahl auf dieses Quartier. Etwa 300 m weiter befindet sich die Vaporettostation, wir konnten also unser Auto stehen lassen und täglich unser Ausflugsprogramm absolvieren. Das Quartier und die Besitzer waren sehr nett, uns fehlte es an nichts. Wen krähende Hähne stören (uns nicht) sollte bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen ;-) Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub!

Notre appartement était confortable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Les logements sont au calme et parfaitement situés pour aller à l'embarcadère des bateaux pour Venise (35 min pour arriver Place St Marc) qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pied. A proximité également de plages de sable (10 minutes en voiture). C'était parfait pour un séjour combinant visite de Venise et détente au calme loin de la foule.

Direkt in einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb (Obst und Gemüse), schönes, geräumiges Appartment, mit versperrten Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Schiffsstation Punta Sabbioni.

Übernachtung auf dem Land

kleines Hotel mit 5 Appartements, alles neu und gepflegt (2009), sehr gute Ausstattung mit Sat-Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierteil usw.. Nur 200m vom Ablegepunkt der Fähre nach Venedig entfernt gelegen. Zugang nur über Schotterweg, Anlage komplett eingezäunt, Tor zum Hotel/Parkplatz öffnet automatisch(Chip). Sehr ruhig, morgens kräht der Hahn. Nachts keine Beleuchtung des Weges zum Hotel (nichts für ängstliche Gäste).

Schoon praktisch en netjes.

We zijn hier 3 nachten geweest. De locatie is ideaal om Venetie of 1 van de andere eilanden te bezoeken, de veerboot is op ca 200 mtr van het appartement. De auto staat veilig achter een electrische poort. Rondom de appartementen liggen kassen , je hebt geen last van omgevingsgeluiden. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en het appartement is nieuw (2013) en zeer schoon. Het strand ligt op ca 2 km van het appartement.In het appartement is alles aanwezig van espresso app tot wasmachine.

Best place to stay for visiting Venice.

Friendly welcome (once we'd mastered the intercom to open the gate...) complete with bottle of homemade wine & jar of jam. Lovely clean apartment with plenty of space and everything you need to self-cater. Great for couples, friends or families. 5 minute walk to the Venice boat - the best way to approach Venice! Excellent base to explore the area. You really need a car as it's quite difficult to get to otherwise, but parking is included in the price. Best to approach from Via Podgora rather than Via Fausta (as our satnav sent us) as the approach from Fausta involves going through a carpark and a very small entrance with a very tight turn. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a very comfortable and relaxing holiday with beach, sea and the added bonus of Venice to explore.

Sehr gute Lage

Wir waren überrascht über die Größe des Hauses. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, sogar eine Waschmaschin e war vorhanden. Die Eigentümer konnten zwar nur bruchstückhaft deutsch, waren aber sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Auto hatten einen großen Parkplatz auf dem abgesicherten Gelände und bis zur Fähre war es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, da man nach einem langen Tag in Venedig dann in die ländliche Ruhe kam. Letzte Fähre vom Markusplatz ging nach Mitternacht. Fahrzeit 30 Min.

Quiet, close to Venice in a roundabout sort of way

Very well maintained and equipped, this Agriturismo self catering is 5 mins walk from the ferries to Venice and its various islands. A 30 min boat ride and you are in Venice. The drive to get to it is a long one but when you look at its location you'll see why. (not suitable for anyone without a car - you'd take an age to get there from the airport by public transport). The people who run it are very nice and helpful. Deborah speaks good English. The accommodation was very clean on arrival. It isn't especially cosy - there are no comfy chairs. But then, you're going to be spending most of the day in/around Venice and there are always the outside table/chairs for the warm evenings. We were there in September and it was a perfect temperature - but there is a/c for when it gets hot in summer. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

För besök till Venedig kunde detta hotell/lägenhet inte varit bättre, kort promenad till färjan, såg lite skumt ut vid ankomst men var över förväntan. Bokar detta gärna igen

Ca' Baccan - Punta Sabbioni

La posizione dell'agriturismo è comodissima, a 200 m dall'attracco dei battelli che portano al Lido, Venezia, Murano e altre isole. I gestori sono gentilissimi, ci hanno regalato anche una bottiglia di vino e due marmellate fatte in casa!
