“Will go back again!!”

This hotel is a very cheap hotel to stay if you want to stay close to Boston downtown. The staffs are nice and right across the hotel is a restaurant serves delicious breakfast.

I booked this hotel before I read other's reviews, so after reading them, I got pretty nervous about my stay. I found the hotel to be decent accomodation, however. The staff was very friendly and intent on making my stay as comfortable as possible. My bed was comfortable, and though dingy, the room had attractive and new furniture. The shower worked great, and there were no bugs whatsoever in the shower (as others had found). Also, I felt that the neighborhood was safe--there were attractive single-family homes all around. It was also very easy to get to the T, about a ten minute walk. I would stay here again. I found it to be a great deal overall.

AS A NATIVE OF QUINCY, THIS HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO TRANSPORTATION, SHOPPING, THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND THE PRICE YOU CANNOT BEAT!!

“Not a bad place to live”

it is good at all. the room is clean and the bed is comfortable, it is a good place for travel if you want to save some money. no decent breakfast, but it is quiet in daytime, you can have a good rest after long time flying, or write some thing...certainly, if it is your first time in Boston, you can walk to the subway, have a look at this city, and it's convenient to find restaurant. good choice anyway.

“Worked well for me”

Although not an upscale property, it was clean, safe, with excellent air-conditioning. The price was good and it was quite convenient to the public transportaion system

i was bit afraid after reading all the review comments, but pleasantly surprised after my stay there. i didn't have any problem like other review comments said.

“good option for budget travel...”

I was looking for a cheap hotel near boston area an also near a subway station this was my choice. well, the Hotel is more like a Motel, its OK not luxury but if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay near boston and just going to sleep ( since probably most of the day you are in the city touristing), then is a good option, its clean and comfortable. I will say will appear similar to a motel 6. The hotel is convenient because is about 20 min ( subway) to downtown boston and is aprox 7-10 min short walk from the train station to the hotel and is located in a quiet neighborhood, so no problems getting around.

“Average budget hotel”

Everything was fine except the carpeting--needs to be replaced.

“It worked for me”

Not everyone will like to stay in a 1950 style motel but it worked for me. 10 minutes from the train station in a nice quiet nieghborhood. My room had a fridge and a microwave. I would stay there again.
