Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations with jetted bathtubs and handheld showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, and makeup/shaving mirrors.
In-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access is available for a surcharge. Business-friendly amenities include desks and complimentary newspapers, as well as multi-line phones with voice mail. Additionally, rooms feature minibars and welcome amenities. “will stay thier agian when in santiago”
the hotel was clean, the wine sumolai was very good at her job ,close to great shoping and an awsome grand attrium.
“Luxury”
We stayed here for about half of our honeymoon in Chile and it was very very nice. We stayed on the Club Level, so there was free breakfast every morning and a cocktail hour with salmon and beef every evening. There are good restaurants in the hotel, including a sushi place and a Thai place, both pretty good. We also visited the bar/lounge and enjoyed ourselves. There was live music. We had fun in the spa too (the gym is free but tennis racquet rental was extra, as were spa treatments). The outdoor pool is really gorgeous but it was too chilly to swim. Beware the laundry service: really expensive. Lots of nice extras - my wife had our birthday and they left cake and champagne in our room. Room was made up practically every time we stepped out for an hour or so. The concierges were great, totally took care of us, but note that some services were extra, like a car service we took to the suburbs one evening, pretty expensive. Gorgeous building, great view of the mountains, awesome atrium. Within walking distance of a major mall; about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which was a bit of a pain. Easy to get a cab nearby. Hotel gift shop a bit disappointing and pricey.
“Excelent hotel, excelent neihborhood”
The hotel has a very nice desing. The service it is really good. It has a nice swiming pool located on a nice garden. It has 2 tennis court, and a nice exersice room and spa.

“Excellent Hotel”
The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts! Rooms are very quiet. Short walk to a very big mall and not expensive to take taxis to most places.
“Excellent hotel but long walk to the Metro”
Excellent hotel and probably the best in Santiago but you need to be prepared to walk quite a distance to the nearest Metro or else depend on taxis. However, the surrounding area is green and open and feels very safe - at least during the day when we walked - and after a hot day's sightseeing it is the perfect hotel to return to for some quiet relaxation. Large landscaped pool area, beautifully maintained, nicely appointed bedrooms, good and varied breakfast choices, superb Italian and Thai restaurants, helpful staff. Opulent but not fussy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
