Great hotel in a safe and quiet area

Nice hotel in a lovely quiet and safe neighbourhood with friendly staff. Hotel is a tad outdated so would be good to update. Apartments are nice with good amenities. I stayed here twice on my visit to Chile as a solo female.

The reception and service were outstanding. The location is is in a comfortable neighbourhood and the setting for breakfast is a good place to start the day. One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker.

Hotel was in a nice, safe and walkable area of los condes. However, internet did not work in my room “apartment”, there was no room service and we had to walk a block to their sister hotel for the included breakfast.

En realidad las condiciones de la propiedad son buenas, pero malisimas las almohadas y cuando llamamos a recepción, nos dijeron que no habia nadie ni de mantenimiento ni de house keeping, lo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas, para nada debiera de pasar!!!..un hotel funciona las 24 horas los 365 días del año.
