“Nice location and breakfast”

Good place for overnight stay nearby the airport. Service has improved since 2010 - early breakfast is available now. Inevitable noise from the aiplanes has to be accepted.

“Worth the price for comfort and convenience”

Flight delays, so common in South America, meant that we had an even shorter night than planned here. We booked here based on its location, its right at the airport, you walk out of the arrivals hall, across the pedestrian crossing and you are there, as opposed to a US$15 taxi ride to town that takes about 30min. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly. That's about the extent of our experience as we were only there for 4 hours.

If you have to stay overnight in Santiago since your flight is early next day, this is a perfect option. Restaurant is good.

You can stride confidently past the taxi hawkers as this brand new hotel is only 50 meters from the arrivals hall at Santiago airport. Rooms are spacious, airy and comfortable but I wish it was possible to switch off the air conditioning. The public areas are also excellent and card access provides extra security. There is free internet but oddly baggage storage is available only at the airport and is expensive. Shuttle services to downtown are cheap and efficient.

“Transit hotel.”

This hotel is fantastic for short stopovers in Santiago. The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English which was helpful for me. Though checkout was stated to be 10Am I was offered accommodation until midday when I needed to cross the road back into the terminal. The location is simply fantastic. 100m from the airport terminal.

“Perfect for an overnight stopover”

Fantastic hotel for an overnight stopover in Santiago. It is basically a brand new hotel. The restaurant was pretty good too and not too expensive. The hotel may be quite expensive by South American standards but it saves you the time and taxi fares to other hotels... you literally step out of the airport doors, walk across the pedestrian crossing and you're there. It was harder to get to the taxis.
