"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment. "Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good "

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"A very enjoyable stay. The apartment is absolutely immaculate and suited us perfectly. All your needs are catered for. Great location for the shops and restaurants and great to have private secure parking. Also perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds. From start to finish the communication was great. Self check in and out was easy and you felt that if you needed anything, Elliot Oliver staff were always on hand. We would definitely return."

"Flat is on a code and the code we were given didn’t work. This was sorted with an email and phone call The flat is basic but clean although there is a strange smell in the downstairs hallway. There was no hot water on the Saturday which was poor and not sorted that day so had to have a cold shower. The water was working on Sunday thankfully."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "
