"Very friendly and helpful from greeting to goodbyes! Large clean room with numerous amenities. If it had been a little warmer, we would have loved sitting outside on little porch or in the garden. Good breakfast too!"

Lovely little touches like the bedside chocolates and fresh milk in the mini fridge. We had a deluxe room and en-suite and was well worth the additional pay. Breakfast was beautiful, plenty of choice and all fresh while overlooking the garden. Couldn’t fault the stay. Will definitely be returning when next in the Cotswolds."

"Great service and very nice room. Dinner was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The only downside (and it was quite a downside) is that our room was above the kitchen and the door was on an automatic closer which meant it slammed every time it shut. And this started at about 7.00 in the morning...."

"Loved Woodstock. Excellent small Town to stay and very near to Blenheim Palace. B & B was good overall. Great breakfast. Room could have been a little more plush - more basic than I thought it would be. Same with bathroom and it felt cold in the bathroom. But overall enjoyed our stay"

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment. "
