"The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights on two consecutive weeks, but had 4 separate bookings so it was quite complicated for the check-in staff to comprehend. However, on arrival we were given the same room for the five days we booked and we were given a wet room as we had requested a walk-in shower. We were very pleased with the service. "I really enjoyed my 2 night's stay at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel! All the hotel staff were very friendly, kind, welcoming, and greeted me with such great hospitality! My Deluxe King bedroom was clean, looked newly renovated, very spacious and cozy, even had a balcony, and the bed was very large, clean and comfy! I highly recommend this hotel to any other visitors of Toronto, as this was my second time staying here! "
