"We came for a Taylor swift concert, we unfortunately could not get a room anywhere, this one was the only one left, and it was an extortionate £300 a night for just a bed and a shower, there was no food, the room was very clean, nothing wrong with any of that, just at £300 a night I would have preferred a bigger room or breakfast, as the bedroom was very small"

There wasn’t a lot of circulation in the room and having to keep curtains closed due to sunlight, it would become hot in room. A small fan would help this. "It is an absolutely wonderful location - having a view of the castle from my room was simply amazing. The staff was extremely helpful since I had come late and the airline has still not gotten my bag back to me. Kudos to the folks at the desk. Wonderful breakfast - probably the best oatmeal I had had in my life. Seriously the oat porridge was amazing with the fruit compote and honey. Definitely a great hotel."
