Very noisy. Room was right at the front door so you heard every coming and going from 5am. Room also faced onto a main road so once the traffic got started in the morning forget getting any sleep. Bed was also a metal bed frame that squeaked every time you turned over. There would definitely be no " fun" taking place. Lol. Definitely wasn't worth the £99 price tag for 1 night. Very basic more hostel like. If I could ask for money back I would ! Dont know about other rooms we were in room 1. Definitely avoid this room if you plan on getting any sleep. Staff were helpful on the plus side.

There was no staff to checkin at 1pm and no staff at checkout at 10am, I had bags which I could not drop off which was very inconvenient. No breakfast offered at hotel. Window in room was very drafty and did not offer any sound insulation from the busy road

Fantastic
Absolutely outstanding value for money, the staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and spacious and it’s great location. Stay here regularly and won’t stay anywhere else.

Just poor
I booked to stay here for new year, why the hotel itself is in a great location, easy to find and with parking, the room very disappointing. The toilet was not attached to the floor, the shower doors didn't close at all and the shower itself had little to no pressure, the bathroom was covered in paint on the floor, there was mould everywhere. The list is endless and then to out right deny any partial refund is a kick in the teeth. I would not recommend this hotel and I will be leaving the same review on trip advisor. I also have pictures and videos to back up all comments I have made above.

Perfect for a 2 night stay over Hogmanay with my best friend. Close to all bus stops directly into the city in only 15 mins and the Canon Toll shopping centre only 5 mins walk away. Hotel is a little bit dated with narrow doors in the corridor and shower drain hole could do with a refresh/replace but beds/sheets were clean & coffee/tea available. Great to have parking on site which is hard to come by in Edinburgh!! Overall just what we needed for our brief stay. Thank you :)
