"I like that I can take the MTR via the K11 mall, and also access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets without going on the streets. It's very convenient especially when it is a hot day or a rainy day. The hotel staffs are always so friendly and helpful, especially those gentlemen at the concierge desk down at level B3. "

"The location cannot be beat. The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, lots of shopping and restaurants, and easy to get around Kowloon and to get over to Hong Kong. Also get the viral Bake House custard tarts 3 blocks from hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the staff are super helpful. "

The hotel although is old is well maintained. The breakfast is good, it has a wide spread of various types of food, both Western and Asian.. the bell boys are very alert and helpful… will come back again in my next visit to HK"
