location is excellent. we've got upgraded to harbour view, so we can see the symphony of lights every night. rooms are spacious and super clean. the bathroom is good. nothing to complaint.

It's centrally located. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was big compared to other HK hotels. Housekeeping was done every 3 days or upon request.

Great location close to Star Ferry. I requested a room on a high floor for the harbour view. I was given a room on level 16 which was the highest floor on the South Tower. Excellent views! Compact but functional room with firm mattress.

The 90s is calling!!!! If you’re into “Stranger Things” TV series then you might like the throwback ambiance of the hotel. I’m not saying the rooms are bad. It just needs a refresh as all furniture and finishing looks tired and dated. The location of the hotel is great! The price was reasonable too! Overall no complains but nothing to rave about either!
