The hotel is ideally located, near the base of Nathan Road, across the street from the Metro, easy walking distance to the Star Ferry, and convenience stores surrounding. Management and staff were superb. The restaurants on site were outstanding. My room and its fixtures did everything they were supposed to. It is obvious that this hotel operates with much skill and pride, and I look forward to my next stay.

The room was clean, and the staff were great. Communal areas could do with some updating and attention to detail. The location is great, and easy walk to a lok of places, and access to public transport. The biggest issue was the slow/unreliable wifi. We were informed on check in that it was being worked on and should be fine later, however; for the rest of the week, it was really slow when it worked.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s within walking distance to Victoria Harbour, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is easy with taxis and public transport close by, and the area feels very lively. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety to start the day.

Cleaning and concierge staff was very helpful but dear staff was okay. Location is very good of this hotel and breakfast has pretty wide variety but need maintenance and cleanliness more because we found cockroaches around hotel and weird smell like little old.

Location is excellent, staff very helpful. Rooms are dated and small all hotels sell 2 person occupancy yet there’s hardly enough room for one mid sized suitcase, washroom so small you have to straddle toilet close door to get into shower,towels are hard and scratchy. The old nightstand console for lights and ac needs to go. They had excellent breakfast selection but very pricy.
