“Good times.”
Hotel was situated about 10 - 15 minutes from the train station. The breakfast wasn't included in the price of the hotel, however worth the money. Perhaps the largest selection I've seen in Germany. Very nice walking trails near by.
“Good option with car rental”
A modern, good, well maintened, business type hotel. Good restaurant and breakfast. If you are with a car rental it is a very good option because it is located few kms from Munich with easy acess and has underground garage
“Amazing Time!”
Victor's Residenz was definitely a welcome surprise -- I arrived with one other friend at the Unterschleissheim metro stop around 11 pm and after getting directions from very friendly locals, checked in around 11:30 pm. Since I was with a guy friend and I am female, we requested a room with two beds...they were out of them, so upgraded us to a suite. Not that they will always upgrade you to a suite, but I think this shows their service level well. Front desk personnel were very friendly and willing to suggest Munich attractions. Breakfast was wonderful! but a bit overpriced unless you are going to eat sausage and eggs (I only had fruit, coffe and bread so 15E was a bit much). But it's buffet and you can eat as much as you want so it's great for teenage boys :) The commute to Munich center is about 25 minutes and the train comes every 15 minutes. The lobby and common areas are nicer than the rooms, fitting of a business/event hotel, but the rooms are nice all the same. Lovely bathroom. All in all had a wonderful stay. Next time I return to Munich I will probably try to find a hotel in the city center, because it was a bit of a commute just to go in for dinner. But as I went for Oktoberfest and the city center hotels were outrageous, Victor's was perfect for us.

“nightmare hotel”
We were under the impression that this was an airport hotel-so we had booked it because we wanted it to be easy to catch an early flight the next morning...we were so wrong... first, we took the train to the stop where the hotel was- it was only about 20 min from the airport, however, when we got out, there were no cabs and the hotel is not walking distance from the train station. after a while we finally found a cab. we got to the hotel and the front desk was utter chaos- the side of the front desk is also a bar and the bartender doubles as the front desk clerk, so we had a lot of trouble trying to get someone to check us in. I tried to convert money and i was told that because the bar was so busy i could not do it at that time. we got to the rooms and there were no towels- we waited over an hour and after multiple calls to the front desk (which were mostly not answered- bc the bar was busy), we finally got towels. the excuse was that there was a delay because the bar was busy. The ridiculous thing is that directly across from the front desk is an actualy hotel bar- there wasnt anyone drinking there- yet tehre were 2 bartenders just standing around there....then we asked about morning train schedules and we were given all teh wrong info and almost missed our flight as a result. And the best part- we set 2 wake up calls- and didnt get any of them- when i asked at the front desk on my way out they told me they had no record of a wake up call for us. awful experience.
