"We enjoyed out stay but when we went to check in an older woman was rude and said it's all technology today and laughed. If course it didn't work and I said your technology is outdated. I noticed she never looked up and greeted people as they came in during out stay. Other employees were amazing. ..."

"Great value, clean, modern and excellent underground car park. Service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size. My only feedback would be the bed was very firm. This may suit some people but for us, we found it very uncomfortable. Everything else was ideal."
