"The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to the S-Bahn to the airport. Once in the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly early in the morning. It was a great, great deal price-wise. However, we needed to communicate with the hotel about our unexpected late arrival. The fact that nobody responded to our Hotels.com messages or picked up the phone caused us a lot of stress. In addition, the A/C didn't work to our satisfaction and one bulb was...
