Amazing stay, beautiful hotel with nice amenities. It was about 15 minutes from the airport, check-in was easy and free on site parking. Staff was super friendly and made our stay welcoming. Also offered dog bowls for our furbaby. Wish the stay was longer.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, Personal & dem Frühstück. Den Spa Bereich müssen wir hervorheben, der ist hervorragend absolut empfehlenswert! Leider war der Pool ziemlich kalt, der könnte ein paar Grad wärmer sein, damit man auch länger im Wasser sein kann ohne zu frieren.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Infinity verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben war das vielfältige und leckere Frühstück! Auch der Wellness/Spa-Bereich mit einer großen finnischen Sauna, einer etwas kleineren 60 Grad Sauna, einer Infrarotsauna, einem Dampfbad und einer gemütlichlichen Chill-Out Area mit Kamin hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings hat es genau dafür nicht zu den vollen 5 Sternen in der Bewertung gereicht: Die Sauna-Etikette wird leider nicht eingehalten (dem Personal scheint das egal zu sein), das Nachfüllen von Teebeuteln/-Wasser/-Bechern sowie der Sauberkeit im Wellnesbereich hängt vom Personal ab: Es gab einen sehr engagierten und ordentlichen Mitarbeiter und leider einen, der den Job nicht ganz so gründlich durchgeführt hat. Woran das liegt, sollte das Hotel klären. Außerdem haben mich die Smartphones der anderen Gäste gestört: Man stelle sich einen Blick auf ein schönes Kaminfeuer vor und im Augenwinkel erscheinen lauter flimmernde Bildschirme von Gästen :D An der Handysucht der Menschheit kann sicherlich das Hotel nichts für - aber andere SPAs regeln das einfach besser. Vielleicht lässt sich in der Zukunft ja ein Handyfreier-Bereich in einen der beiden Räume einrichten. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Das Personal an der Bar war während unserem Aufenthalt nicht wirklich bemüht um seine Gäste . Das Wellness ist für die Dimension des Hotels zu klein und hat zu wenig Liegeflächen. Die Sauna ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gesäubert. Auch kostet was Wellness als Hotelgast 15 € extra pro Person.
