No air conditioning when advertised on Expedia having it! The first person lied to me and try to convinced me AC and air circulation is the same! Then talked to a very nice and apologetic staff who gave me the real story. The owners are waiting to fix it while for a reason that seemed impossible to comprehend. She was noticeably frustrated at having to deal with ineptitude with management. Without AC, had to open windows and hear drunk people outside the whole night. Very noisy without sound isolation. They should me taken off Expedia for knowingly not having AC and yet taking reservations. The silver lining was Expedia's customer service who booked me at a much better property at no extra cost!

I loved the location of the hotel because it is close to everything and I could walk from the train station to the hotel and also to Marienplatz. I felt very welcomed, especially because Anna upgraded our room, which was very spacious, clean, with a super comfortable bed and an elegant bathroom. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Munich.

It is close to all forms of public transport. Less than 10 minute walk from Munich central station. The staff are extremely friendly and I felt very welcome to be there. The room was a good size and was clean. It was quiet, if the windows were kept closed. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. The location made it easy for me to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and Old Town

Great hotel, located steps away from the central train station in Munich, as well as the old city center. Easy access to sightseeing spots in the city and to public transport. Room was clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. All hotel services are accessed through an Alexa in your room; front desk help was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast add-on is at a cafe next door.

What we liked the most about Yours Truly was the staff! They truly made you feel welcome and were very helpful with all questions that we had. There seems to be construction everywhere around, but the hotel was quiet and the area was safe. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is close to transportation and the Old Town was only steps away. We met Ben, Sarah, Anna, and Meghan of the staff and they were absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend Yours Truly as a great place to stay!
