We were pleasantly surprised by McDreams. We were unsure about the virtual reception but we figured it out. Room was very clean. Not a lot of dining options in direct area. Not a bad place !

I was not used to the self check in, in the United States every motel/hotel I ever stayed in had a person at the reception desk. I was confused about the process and it was very difficult to find a person to help me, especially after being tired from a long flight journey.

No front desk staff and auto check in kiosk that did not permit a choice of language in which to use. Never mentioned that the hotel was located in industrial park with no access to amenities in area. Good luck getting a cab to come out to pick you up. Can I get my money back as I could no use self check in and did not stay there. Remove this hotel from your listings.

The room was clean ans that us where the positive ends. No shampoo in the bathroom. No AC in the room at all. We were there with kids and it was 35 outside. You can open the window but what help that is when its too hot outside. For someone like myself who has heart condition, room without AC in middle of summer is insanely bad. I spent the night in the bathroom showering with cold water every 30 minutes to cool down. My family hasn't slept all night either. This has most definatley ruined our stay in Munich. We will NEVER stay there again.

Ich habe zwei Nächte im McDreams verbracht. Mein Zimmer war mit Blick auf eine Tankstelle. Aber wen stört das, wenn man da nur günstig schlafen will. Gehört hab ich nichts, und man konnte das Zimmer vollständig abdunkeln. Ich habe kein Frühstück zu mir genommen.Der Grieche in der Nähe (Gewerbegebiet) war klasse.
