No explanations of the system in English (or for that matter in German) downstairs in the laundry room itself, not even a note by the phone that reception was on extension 9. We couldn't get the App to work and noted that it has been extremely badly reviewed by others. The whole thing...

"This was a business trip, and while the prices were high during peak time, the room condition and cleanliness was very satisfactory. Location is convenient, and we used the hotel parking that helped a lot with our rental car. Breakfast is fresh with nice choices. Overall very happy with the hotel."
