We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the U train, and ease for getting to the major sights of Munich during Oktoberfest opening weekend. The staff were helpful, but the hotel is not in a great condition. We didn’t realize our room’s bed was essentially a pull out couch and with limited pillows it felt like sleeping on a plank of wood. The room and hotel aren’t well maintained and the shower was full of mould. You have to ask for extra towels and pillows (if you want more than 2) from the front desk and if you’re wanting to go downstairs make sure you take your key card as you won’t be able to get back to your room. The aircon wasn’t working and with the window open it was loud even though you are away from main door traffic and cars.

It’s a bit of a distance to the centre, but the U-bahn is nearby, as is the Olympic Park. Shops aren’t. The room was fine, nice to be able to cook. If there were neighbours I did not hear them.
