Wonderful stay - the location is fantastic. A neighborhood setting, but very close to tram and U-Bahn. Just a 10 minute walk to S-Bahn or you can connect from the immediate stops. There is a Rewe grocery a block away and two excellent restaurants within a block. The church bells in the morning were a great sound if you have the window open. In our case we had breakfast included in our rate. It was easy to access, clean, good selection and the staff was very courteous.

Good in general, bed was too firm for my taste.

Good price-comfort ratio, but you can find better ones. The location is excellent, in a quiet corner just a few minutes from the U2 metro. The building is an interesting brutalist example, kept super clean and tidy even if it looks dated on the outside. There are food and groceries options around as well. The room has nothing out of place, it is big and has a pretty decent kitchen for a short stay. The bed is a single-plus size, which is good. The mattress was to tough for me and the pillows so very thin, hence the lower comfort rating. The gym is ok. The cardio equipment is top-shape, really new and in perfect working order. The weights have seen better days and could be modernized. Communication and all that worked perfectly.

The showers were terrible, the water was leaking from side of the screen to the floor. Fridge was broken, had to change the room to the Noisy room. Not nice experience as a whole and will not stay here in the future.

A really terrible experience! I have booked 2 nights in the hotel, however,the second night I can't open my door with my key and there is no people in the reception . I call them many many times, but nobody answer. About 40mins later a staff call me and come. He gave me a new key but without any apology!! it is really annoyed!!!

You get what you pay for.

Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. We asked for a coffee maker and were told there were none and we should pay for the breakfast instead. The entire kitchen space was taken up by a giant microwave. Leaving the window open meant that we either had a great deal of cigarette smoke or a bombardment of perfume. Very little room to "live" in the space. The term apartment is seriously overrated.

It’s a quiet hotel, not quite in a central location but with decent transport options nearby. It’s situated in a green setting with a couple of churches nearby and I enjoyed listening to the church bells in the morning. A grocery store is very near, in general the supermarkets normally are not open on a Sunday and they shut at 8 pm (different for the British) Monday-Saturday. The balcony was spacious with some basic furniture. However, some things could be better. I arrived an hour earlier than my check in time and the older lady at the reception stared at me for longer than I was comfortable with. Then in the room the shower head had very thin holes which let out very thin water jets, and to have a decent amount of water for taking shower I had to increase the water pressure and the water jets hurt my skin. The shower curtain was too short and the shower water overspilt on the floor. The pillows were poor, soft, lumpy and shapeless. Then the cold salad dishes were too small at breakfast and if you put 2-3 tablespoons of the salad on your plate, the salad dish looks nearly empty and that does not look nice towards the other hotel guests, even though the dishes were filled with more salad later. The breakfast was very modest. And finally, I killed 3 cockroaches in my room.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe einer U-Bahn-Station und eigentlich liegt das Hotel fernab der befahrenen Straßen. Leider ist die Einrichtung nicht so gut, weil die Holz-Fenster schon sehr alt sind und nicht gut schließen (mein Fenster hatte einen Kippriegel unten und einen alten wackeligen Riegel oben, um es zu sichern - das habe ich schon sehr lange nicht mehr gesehen). Außerdem hatte ich ein Zimmer zum Durchgang hin zwischen den Häusern, wo viele Leute tags und nachts unterwegs waren. Hinzu kam noch, dass drei Tage lang die Fassade renoviert wurde, es stand ein Hebekran vor meinem Fenster, das war sehr laut.

Gut: Schneller, unkomplizierter Check-In und Anbindung Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen. Schlecht bis erschreckend: Das Zimmer an sich war okay - wir hatten aufgrund der Bilder höhere Erwartungen, aber es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einfach. Die Umgebung bzw. das Gebäude war allerdings erschreckend. Es sah aus als würden die Wohneinheiten teilweise auch länger bewohnt werden und es machte einen mehr als ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt froh, dass wir nur kurz dort waren.

Estancia estupenda

Buena comunicación con el centro. La limpieza es buena. Nos dejamos las tarjetas de entrada dentro de la habitación y a pesar de que la recepción estaba cerrada, contactamos con el teléfono de emergencia que ponía y nos solucionaron de inmediato el problema. El que puedas disponer de microondas, frigorífico y un pequeño menaje de cocina da mucho juego. Muy recomendable.

Innanzitutto parliamo della pulizia: abbiamo prenotato 4 notti lì e nessuno mai è venuto a pulire né stanza né bagno, sono passatinsolo 1 volta a rifare i letti ma non hanno lavato nulla, infatti le stesse macchie di sporco sul wc e sul pavimento c'erano anche dopo che sono passati! Poi ci hanno assegnato una camera non raggiungibile con ascensore, sebberne sapevano che avevamo un bimbo piccolo col passeggino, quindi scomodissimo! Struttura lontana da qualsiasi fermata dei mezzi di trasporto. Inoltre personale delle cucine poco cortese..la colazione, già abbastanza scarsa, da orario doveva essere servita fino alle 10 e invece alle 9 già staccavano la macchina del caffè e iniziavano a sgomberare. Insomma, al costo pagato non ci tornerei
