Despite a not-so-fun experience with lots of cats' hairs on the sofa (that couldn't be seen when looking at it due to their colour) and me being an allergic to cat hairs, the initial impression on this second stay I had at the venue wasn't very positive. Apart for that, the apartment is really great, and due to the late time of day I didn't complain; i was too tired from my work day, and there's lots of space, anyway, in the apartment.
When reaching out to the hotel via email about that, I received a reply withing 24 hours despite me complaining on a Saturday with an outlook to get a full response Monday. Which I did receive as announced. The manager apologised and I am very postive about the handling of the situation. I consider this being rather rare, and this is simply exceptional!
