Einfaches aber recht nettes Hotel.

Es waren Getränke in der Minibar, aber keine Gläser. Bier mag man ja noch aus der Flasche trinken, aber Sekt aus dem Pappbecher ist doch etwas seltsam. Den Müll habe ich vor die Tür gestellt, weil Coronabedingt nicht so oft gereinigt wurde. Die Küche ist leider nicht so eingerichtet, wie erwartet. Ein Wasserkocher wäre super, bzw. ist ein einzelner Topf ist recht wenig. Ich habe einen zweiten angefordert. Ich mache mir eben Abends gern einen Tee und morgens Frühstücke ich lieber im Schlafanzug. Ich war einmal oben, bei den Terassen, eine ist geschlossen, die andere nicht freundlich. Dabei wären das nette Sitzmöglichkeiten für Abends oder zum Frühstück morgens, ganz geschützt. Aber leider dominiert der Aschenbecher.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung! Ich hätte einen Wasserkocher in der kleinen Küchenzeile schön gefunden! Die Zahnputzbecher in Pappform gefielen mir nicht so gut! Das Personal war super freundlich und entgegenkommend! Wir durften 2 Stunden später auschecken, da meine Tochter die Nacht arbeiten musste!

Bequem und Preiswert

Ein guter Aufenthalt. Positiv war, daß das Hotel sich strikt an die geltenden Corona Regeln gehalten hat. Es hat sich ausgezahlt das Zimmer zum Hof zu haben, da es recht ruhig war für die zentrale Lage am Rotkreuzplatz.Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Leichte Abstriche für Kleinigkeiten wie eine fehlende Ventilation im Badezimmer. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist voll in Ordnung und wir würden gerade deshalb wieder hingehen.

Einfaches aber sauberes Hotel, kann aber laut sein

Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute und zentrale Lage. Dies führt allerdings auch zu einem Mangel an Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus und Bahn führen genau vor dem Hotel entlang. Allerdings ist dies auch ein Nachteil bei Zimmern zu Straße hin. Leider kommt es zu einem Rumpeln der Straßenbahn, welches sich bis ins Zimmer übertragt. Die Zimmer an sich sind einfach aber zweckdienlich. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Check In funktionierte reibungslos und das Personal zeigte sich sehr freundlich. Sofern ein Zimmer abseits der Straße zugeteilt werden kann, ist das Hotel als Budget-Lösung für einen Aufenthalt in München gut geeignet.

GHOTEL is one of very few hotels/chains with a kitchenette. I always stay here when visiting Munich for a few days because of this facility. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and spotless. They can get quite hot, though, so be warned if you are there in summer, as there is no air-con and if you have a room facing the street it is too noisy to sleep with the window open.

soundproofsoundproofThe internet was awful. It works couple of hours and get disconnected. I have to go down to the receptionist every from 4th floor to get new password. I was jet legged and no internet to kill time as there was nothing in English on TV. Got super bored. The room was very cold. The heater doesn't heat up the room. Blanket was very small. I am skinny and petit, still doesn't cover me whole. They claim there rooms are soundproof, it's not.

Stayed 9 days at Ghotel in Nov. Location wise it is excellent, close to eateries/super markets and transport hub. Also has a gym to meet my running needs. On the flip side, bec of it’s convenient location.. noise wise, can be an issue to light sleeper. However, if your room is not facing the main road, guessed it will help. Overall, I am happy with my stay.

가성비 좋은 호텔이였습니다. 도로 쪽이라 트램 소리 차 소리가 좀 나긴 하지만 조용한 걸 원하시면 정원쪽 룸을 선택하면 될 것 같아요. 거리 위치 모두 마음에 들었어요. 주변에 편의점 마트 패스트푸드 맛집도 많아요.

Room was not what was described in the description of the room that I purchased I was given the description of a room with a courtyard view. Instead, I was given a room with an alley/driveway view with traffic driving by. Just to note the courtyard was 2 floors above me!

Ziemlich abgewohnt, auf den Dachterassen waren die Bodenbretter schon durchgefault, der Teppichboden in den Zimmern sehr abgewohnt, das Bad ebenfalls, dort fangen die Rohre der Heizkörper an zu rosten die Übergänge von Glas auf Metal sind schwarz. WLAN einloggen ist je nach System (Android oder IOS) sehr unkomfortabel, so dass man am besten gleich zur Rezeption gehen muss um sich helfen zu lassen. Die Feuerwarnanlage wurde ausgelöst, hierbei schlechtes Management völlig überlastet oder keine Auskunft, obwohl nur in einem Zimmer ausgelöst wurde das ganze Hotel beeinträchtigt über eine Zeitdauer von ca. 30 Minuten.

Overpriced for the amount of space given, no hot hot water for one night, no towel change until the second day, sink stopper did not let the water drain properly, the room was not as soundproof as expected.

We were welcomed very friendly at the reception. Unfortunately our room was not ready to check in at 5 pm. On the first day we had to shower with cold water. WiFi was not working properly either. There was definitely room for improvement.
