Richard and as awesome as well. His attention to detail is incredible. He has such a nice way about himself, super nice, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. "The hotel was very close to public transportation. There were many coffee shops and stores close by. It was within walking distance to many plazas and historical sights. The welcome drink was a treat. The flavoured water was welcoming. We received a €10 gift card for not having our rooms cleaned and enjoyed a few beverages at the very nice bar. The employees were very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a great stay."
