"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass."
