COCKROACHES. We liked the room until my mother found a cockroach. I went down to the front desk and the clerk said they were full and couldn’t move us to another room. I don’t think to check the website until the next morning and the website said they had six other rooms available. I ended up killing three more cockroaches of various sizes. Dealing with the front desk in the morning was frustrating and horrible. This business knows nothing about customer service. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.

The property is well located but look for Rivera Hotel. The signage has not been changed. New mattresses are needed. You turn and the bed squeaks and waves. And, we saw a roach 😩 the minute we walked in.
