“Absolutely excellent hotel experience!”
Excellent overall experience. One of the best hotel beds ever slept in. Room was immaculate, well appointed, quiet for being mid-city. Hotel location was great, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Concierge very helpful with dinner reservations. In house bar and restaurant were also very nice. Plan to return, hopefully soon!
“Excellent base for short stay”
For a 5-night stay this was ideal. Loved the space and having the kitchen facilties esp after 3 weeks travelling. Staff were very helpful, situation v central so easy to get around although did a lot of walking. Good place for shopping and restaurants. Very modern and clean and great views but not for those who don't like heights!
“Beautiful hotel!”
Beautiful hotel, great location and service.
“Best Hotel and great employees!!”
My husband and I had a great time at the Westin. Their staff was wonderful and the room was just like out own apartment! It was a great vacation!!
“nice stay”
We stayed in Exec suite (30th floor). Good deal as it included breakfast and internet access. Construction work was being done on a new building alongside, did not disturb us. Vancouver has a lot of construction work in prep for the Olympics 2010. Suite was nicely done, comfortable, well decorated and clean. It was a little on the small side for two of us, ideal for a single occupancy eg a buisness trip. Breakfast was included and was good. Did not use the other facilities. Concierge staff were good, friendly and good advice on resturants.
“Good family hotel”
Very clean and centrally located in the city. Employees were nice and very helpful with directions and things to see. Would stay here again for sure. Loved the separate bedroom from the livingroom. It also had a microwave, fridge, toaster and dishes/dishwasher!
“Absolutely beautiful”
This hotel was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and probably the best place I have ever stayed.
“Better than I could have expected”
I am a 21 yr old woman who likes to just travel when I have the money. Not only was the deal for this room wonderful for my budget, but it was an excellent hotel. I have no complaints. The only things I would note was that the elevators seemed very slow, it took a bit of waiting a couple times but I'm not sure if that's normal or due to them apparently working on them just before I checked in. Also, the computer room isn't very well labeled, I could have found some information on events going on at the time had I known I could access the internet in there - it's hidden in a barely noticable room to the right of the front desk and actually looks like someone's office at first, not something you would assume walking into right away unless you knew. But again, the room was beautiful and comfortable, very respectful housekeeping staff since I had the D.N.D sign up the whole time, and the conceirge I saw repetatively going out was very helpful and personable. Remembered me every time.
“Awesome Hotel”
Very convenient location with all the necessary ammenities. We had the one-bedroom suite which was very comfortable. It was clean, cozy & affordable for the area and we would certainly choose this hotel again.
“Impeccable Service”
Hotel is centrally located and the service was some of the best that I had in a long time. Rooms were very nice but I had thought the junior suite was smaller than pictured. Would definitely stay again.
