Room 1709 was nice with a city view, however the washroom could use a major upgrade. Had a clogged sink and leaking toilet/flush. Shower was very old school too. Access to the parking lot and back to the hotel was the worse i have seen thus far. Specially with one way streets. Even though the parking lot is under ground of the hotel, you must drive around the block to get to the front of the hotel. There is no other way. Once you are parked in the parking lot there's no elevator like normal hotels that will bring you to your floor or even to the lobby. You must walk down the stairs or through the parking lot which will bring you outside of the hotel and then go around the hotel to get back inside. Good luck if you are parked on the 5th level and have to carry all your luggage and small children. as i mentioned, its the worse i have seen. It also gets sketchy at nights with bums hanging around by the hotel. Upon check in, the front staff told us that the included breakfast was open until 11:30. I went at 11:15 and the kitchen staff (extremely rude) said they were closed. I let them know that the front desk told me it's open until 11:30 and the person said 'go talk to them, but we are closed'. I went and complained to the front desk and i was able to get my breakfast, but it wasn't a nice experience. We were not offered help with the luggage upon check in/out which is not a big deal due to COVID. Overall, hotel was ok for the price. I probably would not stay here again.
