The location is amazing!! Close to everything whether you’re walking, biking, take transit or driving. Hotel was nice. Could have done with some upgrades especially in the bathroom but otherwise it was fine for what the purpose of the stay was.

The bathroom floor had hair and dirt and the shampoo, conditioner and soaps were mostly empty and not put back. Check in was easy but there was no guidance on wifi, how to manage the TV, a walk-thru of amenities or procedures. It was more transactional than welcoming. The bathroom situation was truly disgusting. The sheets and room were clean.

A simple, basically clean and safe accomodations with a handy location near Davie St. In Vancouver. Very comfortable bed . Friendly, helpful staff. I've stayed here once before because of this. On the downside, carpets (especially in elevator) are visibly dirty and some hallways and walls need to be redone for sure. My room was old but clean.

It was ok as a last min booking to sleep at night but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice. Told floors throughout the room made it cold and uninviting and it is generally an older property. People were very nice and helpful, location was good.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Definitely not what you would expect for the price, but I think that’s the reality of Downtown Vancouver in the summer. The rooms were updated and spacious enough. Overall this was a nice hotel in a very good location.

This hotel was in a great location with a lot of coffee shops nearby. The room itself was spacious and came with a lot of amenities. It was also close to a car rental, which was convenient for our trip. The only downside was the water from the shower drained very slowly and sometimes the water was ankle high. We asked the front desk for help and they said they would send in a maintenance person, but when we returned that evening, we found the issue was unresolved. Nevertheless, it was still a good stay and we would consider the hotel again in the future.
