Fourth time staying here and the staff are always excellent. Convenient spot for downtown but in a busy area. If you want a late night pizza or meal it's just down the street. Nice clean rooms with good linen and bathroom

Every staff member was really professional and friendly! Suite, 2 Double Beds, Non Smoking, Balcony (with Sofabed) room was just perfect for me and two kids because there was a room that was totally separated from the bedroom. The bathroom was renovated, so it was very clean and comfortable to use. My kids got goodies upon check-out!

We enjoyed our stay. Our Suite room had lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and common areas were clean and fresh. Foam pillows were an unexpected positive for my allergies. Location was right on Granville Street, not far from attractions by cab. Parking was a little pricey at $45/night and parking garage is pretty tight. Take care not to bump the pillars in the parking lot. A minor couple things: pull-out bed was noisy and not very comfortable; bathroom door rubbed loudly against the door frame and should have been attended to before our arrival. I would consider staying here again.

Close to some good shops and easily accessible to anything downtown walking or by bus. In a rough couple of blocks of a Granville with some pot shops, strip club and sex shops BUT it is still pretty safe and comfortable to walk all around after dark with kids/teens. We stay here all the time and none of us are bothered by the area. Can be noisy due to bars in this strip but other guests are always respectful of the noise cutoff and outside noise has only been a problem if we keep the windows open, and then only until 1-2am. The hotel is clean, has room for a large family (we fit 4 teens and 2 adults), very helpful nice staff and restaurant is quite good.

Right at the outset of our stay things were excellent. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds and linens were top notch. Moreover, we had been upgraded to a room on an upper floor with a fine view.
