"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."

"We had a fun stay at the distinctive Taj Palace! My elderly parents and I appreciated the Taj tour given by a dedicated historian, as also the courtesy of all the staff including housekeeping who went all out to make us comfortable. My teenager enjoyed the pool service, with towels and water bottles being delivered to her without asking:) And a shout out to the wonderful bookseller who gave us excellent recommendations."
