Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap.

Room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. I would say this is a 2* hotel. As a 2* it is a good place to stay for a budget traveler as they give a good breakfast. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1st night as we were not able to stay there. Even though we let the hitel know if our discomfort at 7.00 am next morning they still charged us for the next night. We had checked in at 2.00 am

The room was dirty i had to ask them to clean. They did. Breakfast is in an oily smelling basement and quality is below average. Overall hygiene of passages is poor. The bed mattress is good. Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash.

Our favorite place before and after new ownership because of convenience, comfort and really outstanding free breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, great coffee shop and facilities downstairs, very near the shopping areas of Linking Road. Lots of eating places and unique boutiques near by. Bloom properties that own the chain should do a better job of providing telephone numbers of the local property as the one provided is out of Delhi. Uber comes here great but auto drivers have problems for some reason, perhaps they do not use GPS. Will be our go to place for visits to Mumbai. Have a follow up visit soon and will post after that stay again
