"I would give 5 if not for the breakfast that they provided, they will only provide a choice of 3 different grilled sandwich with coffee with Japanese breakfast standard they could’ve done better. But I will comeback again if I had to stay in the area. The receptionists are very helpful, they gave us an early check in once our room is ready, we were 5 so we had the biggest rooms with an open air bath, 2 kitchenette’s, and 2 washer and dryer inside our room. "Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"The hotel is beautiful! The entrance, lounge area and rooms are spectacular and well kept. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the 4 bed room. The onsite onsen is also a must do. There is also a guest lounge area in the basement with drinks and snacks that we found useful. The previous reviews about the smoking smell in the elevator and hallways are on point. The smoking room is behind the check in desk , a small room and they open the door to clean it up … the fire station across the street...
