"Check in was stated to be 3pm, we arrived a little after but our room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. Also upon arrival the full benefits of our Grand Club access were not explained, including breakfast arrangements Throughout the afternoon we found the team to be very friendly but lacking the attention to efficiency and detail one expects of 4* hotel.
