It one of the most bad experience i ever had with Accor group.
1. Checkin : Frond desk staff Alden, They upgraded the room, and when i request one hour more for checkout they downgraded the room in exchange of the one hour! Really and thats after 15 minutes wanting for their shift manager to approve!
2. My checkout time was at 2pm, at 1 15pm, someone knocked the door, in 5 seconds they knocked again, and they opened the room door directly, i was literally in the rest room, and rest room door was opened, really didn't know what to do ! I said wait, and went to see them, i found the front desk manager saying that i should leave the room, i said i have till 2pm, she said that was not updated in the system! Even thu they could have just do a phone call to the room and ask me instead of this movie action.
Even the none disturb button was on but they didn't care.
3. Checking out :
I requested to meet the hotel manager, again Alden the front desk guy told me, he is not authorized to contact the hotel manager, and he blocked me, i after i insist he did another lie saying that the hotel manager is not in charge as its Saturday, but it was actually Friday working day and fhe hotel manager was there.
4. I have to say that the front desk manager did her best to apologies, and finally the hotel manager showed up and try to apologise in a nice way with promises to fix it in future.
They offered me upgrade to next time or food treatment that i didn't accpet.
