"We were given an upgrade and additional service to make up the initial mistake of booking a club room with a 2 year old. "The 1st night, I stubbed my toe against the room desk and a splinter went underneath my toenail. Thankfully there was a hotel clinic. The next day, I had to ask for compensation before I was upgraded to a suite.
