just book it you will be amazed on how nice it is

most amazing stay , we arrived late after midnight with our sleeping child , they where so nice , had us check in , inside the room his bed already waiting for him , everything about the hotel is 5 star , the spa , the pool and the breakfast was amazing ,

All suite hotel and the suites are beautiful. Check in desk staff are excellent. Restaurant staff are welcoming and helpful. The only small problem was that when our room was cleaned the staff only left one bath towel and did not replenish the milk for coffee. Staff were very quick to bring these when we called.

The service was absolutely amazing and I was made to feel so welcomed. Everyone was so thoughtful which I think really separates the Four Seasons from other 5 star hotels. I celebrated my birthday with a trip to Jakarta and was tossing between a few hotels and so glad I decided on the Four Seasons. They made me feel extra special on my birthday! Not to mention the hotel itself is gorgeous and in a great location and feels very safe. Definitely recommend!!

Jakarta’s Finest

The Four Seasons staff was beyond professional and helpful; living up to the Indonesian reputation for friendliness. Concierge staff (Nova) went above and beyond to walk us to the ATM located at the business center next door. Additionally, she worked with the bar manager to help locate a specific Indonesian liquor that is unavailable in the US. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy fine desserts in the Patisierre. Be sure to inquire about their hours because they close earlier than other dining facilities. Wednesday evenings offers a satay special and live music. We enjoyed the dining on the top floor (Alros) and sat outside which coincided with the evening Isha prayer at the mosque across the street. The 20th floor provides spectacular views of the bright lights and traffic below. The patio off the fine dining restaurant also gives parents an opportunity to enjoy an evening out and provides an area where children will not disturb adult diners indoors. The staff will go above and beyond to make every guest big and small feel welcome.The pool area will provide privacy to enjoy a low key luxury dip in n cool waters. Escaping Jakarta’s socioeconomic disparity is impossible and is the reality.Take a moment to observe the dichotomy of the urban homes behind the hotel; separated by a river and a lush urban forest. Watch closely as guards place money in buckets at the river to shuttle across to buy homemade snacks. Our room was spacious and luxurious but the experience was even better

Gorgeous hotel and delicious food. Amazing service. Noise is a concern between the busy highways surrounding the property and five mosques on the other end. Bring ear protection.

Perfect for a getaway!

The staff were attentive and always there to help, without being overbearing. Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones. It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room. Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. It's a shame the room was facing a soon to be construction site and the less affluent side, but a minor issue. Earplugs were supplied. Dining options were plentiful from Italian to Asian. And breakfast was very flavoursome with a la carte and buffet opions. Definitely visit the pastry room. Would stay here again.

Overall our experience was very good. The staff and service was fantastic. The only exception was the Alto restaurant where our experience was terrible - the food was extremely poor and we did not eat it. Equally the service in the Alto restaurant was well below the rest of the hotel. That was the only poor experience and they let the rest of the hotel down. Overall aside from that, our experience was great.
