The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route.

The hospitality extended always extraordinary as compared to others 5* hotels, from the reception, room service, spa and dining experience, i love it all! location is superb, always go for bundaran view room, and its surrounded by lots of my favorite eating places.

Always my favorite whenever in Jakarta! the hospitality rendered always at top notch ! from the reception counter, Rina always trying to accomodate as much as possible, to the SPA treatment and service, Fariha the PIC and the masseuse are all excellent!, the best hotel so far as compared to other well-knowned 5* hotels.
