"Staff was very professional and pleasant. Our only critique is that the Shower Body Soap dispenser was empty and three of us were sharing a room. Luckily the bathroom had 2 Hand soap dispensers. It is also unfortunate that that resort fee is not an optional choice. We had no intention nor time to use any of the facilities other than our room yet were required to pay a $40+ resort fee.
